Modcup cold brew

Cold Brew Concentrate

Sure, Modcup Coffee Co.’s The Dredger is the ideal ingredient for their Mod-Fashioned recipe. However, in case you’re not fortunate enough to live near a Modcup, they’ve also shared their secret to a killer cold brew concentrate.

Making cold brew in a french press is one of my favorite ways of doing it, but you do get sediment since it isn’t as filtered as when is passes through cloth or ultra fine metal mesh. Since that sediment may continue to ‘brew’ as it sits, some people might want to filter the coffee a second time through cloth or even a paper filter to get an even cleaner brew. – Ryan Foster, Modcup
